Fiona’s intuitive body work draws upon her training & experience in moving energy through the body using a combination of physical therapies & energy vibrations.
It's more than a healing session and more than a massage. Treatments incoporate aspects of Ayurvedic & Western massage techniques, Bowen therapy, acupuncture & marma point therapy, and reflexology in combination with the vibrations of reiki and Pellowah to potentiate healing.
Every session varies according to your personal needs on the day. Sound therapy and crystals may be used to rebalance and calm both body & mind.

The Clinic
Be-jewelled is situated in a leafy garden of fruiting and flowering trees. Clients are greeted by our canine receptionist who specialises in 'happiness' therapy. There is plenty of free street parking.
Aromatics
Fiona mixes attars (natural perfumes from flowers, bark, spices, herbs), essential oils and fresh herbs with your massage oil base. Aromatics range from black rose & jasmine, to sandalwood or any number of other fragrances.
Oils
Fiona chooses an oil base according to your constitution and the season. Oils include black sesame, coconut & almond and are chosen upon your arrival while you enjoy your warm milk foot bath.
Intuitive Massage & Healing
A session with Fiona incorporates traditional Western massage techniques with Ayurvedic massage, reflexology, Bowen therapy, Dorn Spinal therapy, Chinese meridians and pulsing.
Before & during your massage, healing energetic beings are called upon to oversee the session and channel light & sound vibrations throughout your bodies for your highest benefit. These actions enable emotional releases, healing from deep within your cells, and clearing & balancing of chakras. Regular healing energies include Satya Sai Baba, Shirdi Sai Baba, Archangel Michael and native American sharmanic elders.
Sessions are around 90 minutes including herbal tea and a warm milk foot bath. Payment is $95 by cash or cheque.

When I arrived at Fiona's treatment room overlooking a gorgeous, lush garden I was in a world of pain, having suffered the most excruciating cramps in my legs the night before. But I can truthfully say it was a different person who walked out the door - pain-free and almost floating. Her healing hands were magic indeed. I felt the tightness and pain melting away and a lovely warmth spreading throughout my body. By the end of the hour I was so relaxed and cosy that I didn't want to leave. Ways to raise your vibration
Lighten your wardrobe. White has the highest vibration so wearing light colours helps you emit and reflect a higher energy.
Smile at strangers. Try to make someone else happy for just a moment every day.
Breathe into your belly. Practice drawing breath up from your root chakra to your head, and then breathe it down and out. Experience other ways of taking in prana through breath into your body from any place, any angle. Feel it move.
Trust in the universe. In uncertain times it is easy to become fearful of the change in epoh, unpredictable weather patterns and our collective future. Having faith in spirituality or your chosen religion can give you the peace of mind to see the bigger picture and help you find your way.
Spend some time peacefully alone. Meditate if you can although just sitting quietly can achieve similar results. Move out of your head to feel the numerous subtle messages your body is sending you. Relax your thoughts. It's ok to zone-out occasionally. Take time everyday to come into your being.
Remember feeling love - being in love or loving a moment, pet or child. Let the feeling encompass your whole being. Now send forth love to those around you. Include those you don’t necessary have loving thoughts about. Bless the world and everyone in it.
Try to be the best you can at any given time. Pretend that you are the highest god/goddess on earth – how would you react to a situation? Treat everyone with respect and consider the circumstances that brought a person to this point in time. Look internally to try to understand the aspects of yourself that you find irritating in someone else.
